Superhero & Princess Day – A FREE Community Event!

FREE ENTRY – Bring the whole whānau for a magical day of fun!

In celebration of Children’s Day, get ready for an action-packed, fairy tale-filled day as Project Play brings you Superhero & Princess Day at Railside by the Green! 

Meet your favourite princesses & superheroes – Enchanted Entertainment characters will be there for games, photos, and interactive fun!
Face Painting & Craft Stations – Get into character with face painting and create your own superhero or princess-inspired books.
Pop-up Library Stall – Enjoy story time and explore a magical selection of superhero and princess books.
Matamata Toy Library Stall – Have fun with a fantastic selection of outdoor toys and games for tamariki to enjoy!
Dress-up fun – Come dressed as your favourite character and join in the fun!
Bring a picnic – Pack some kai, a picnic blanket, and chairs, relax with the whānau, and enjoy the day together.

This is a FREE community event, made possible with support from the MPDC Pride of Place team and organised by Project Play.
