Six weeks, in sequence. Each session builds on the last.
Week 1 — Reality & Inherited Structures
We start with an honest look at what's actually going on. Where your current situation came from, what risk you're carrying right now, and what you're unknowingly funding. We look at both the industry-wide environment and your business specifically — so you move forward from an informed place, not a reactive one.
Week 2 — Transaction Journey & Risk Entry
We map exactly how money and risk move through your business — from the moment an enquiry comes in, through go-ahead, pre-start risk, work in progress, invoicing, collection, and beyond. We identify where risk is entering your business and where change is actually possible.
Week 3 — Tools & Protections
This is where the infrastructure goes in. Comprehensive terms of trade. Smart customer conversations and expectation-setting. Credit checking. Secured creditor positions. Deposit and payment schedules. Credit control tools. The right pieces, in the right places.
Week 4 — People, Roles & Internal Alignment
Systems only work if your people run them. We build shared understanding across your team — clear roles, clear responsibilities, strong engagement at every stage. When your team is aligned, cash moves faster, customers feel the difference, and the surprises stop.
Week 5 — Identifying Wins & Embedding Change
We go through every handover point in your business — enquiry to quote, quote to approval, approval to delivery, invoice to payment, and credit control — and identify where the quick wins are. Then we map, document, and implement them so they're not just ideas, they're how your business actually runs.
Week 6 — Decision Making & Moving Forward
We bring it all together. Clear decisions, focused next steps, aligned to your business, your team, and your operations. You leave with internal infrastructure documented, process flowcharts built, and a practical picture of how money moves and risk is managed from here.

Facilitated sessions, small cohort, practical work applied directly to your business. Not theory — frameworks you use on your actual jobs, your actual clients, your actual team. Between sessions, you implement.
Investment: $3,995 + GST
Up to 50% funding support may be available — worth asking about.
