Matamata Country Club July Open Day

We’d love to invite you to our Open Day this July 

Join us for morning tea and a bite to eat while you take a look around the village, step inside the villas, or join Trish for a guided tour.

With just two homes remaining in Stage One, including the newly released Villa 3 and Townhouse 31, the final townhouse available, now is a great time to see what's currently available. Stage Two is also well underway, with plenty to explore as the village continues to grow.

Our 11am Village Talk covers what the move looks like, what day-to-day life feels like, and how future care is thoughtfully planned.
